Effective date: April 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Blueprint Solutions Group LLC ("Blueprint," "we," "us," or "our"), doing business as Compartie, collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website or AI voice receptionist service.
We aim to be clear about what data we handle, why we handle it, and how you can contact us about privacy requests.
When you fill out a contact form, request a demo, sign up for a trial, or become a customer, we may collect:
When Compartie handles calls or related workflows on behalf of a business, we may process:
When you visit our website or use our service, we may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, timestamps, referral source, and diagnostic logs. This information is used for site performance, security, analytics, and troubleshooting.
| Data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Contact and demo information | To respond to enquiries, schedule demos, provide support, and follow up on interest in Compartie |
| Account and business configuration data | To set up, personalize, operate, maintain, and improve the Compartie service |
| Call transcripts, summaries, caller data, and workflow data | To provide the AI receptionist service, generate summaries, support bookings or lead capture, notify the business, and maintain records for the customer |
| Technical and website data | To measure website performance, detect abuse, secure the service, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability |
| Aggregated or de-identified data | To evaluate performance, improve product quality, understand usage patterns, and develop features without identifying individual callers where reasonably possible |
We do not sell personal information. We do not use caller personal information for advertising. Unless you separately authorize it, we do not use caller personal information to train general third-party AI models.
Compartie uses trusted service providers and subprocessors to deliver the service. Instead of listing individual vendor names on this public page, we describe the provider categories involved. This keeps the public policy accurate even when implementation details change.
| Provider category | What it supports | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Telephony and call-routing infrastructure | Inbound calls, call forwarding, phone number connectivity, call metadata, and routing | Caller phone number, call metadata, routing details, and temporary call audio while the call is active |
| Speech, transcription, and voice-processing services | Speech recognition, AI response generation support, text-to-speech, call summaries, and language handling | Temporary audio, transcript text, AI response text, language data, and call context needed to answer the caller |
| Cloud hosting, storage, and database services | Secure storage of configuration, call records, transcripts, summaries, logs, and customer records | Business configuration, transcripts, summaries, caller details, appointment data, and support records |
| Workflow automation and integration services | Appointment workflows, customer handoffs, notifications, CRM updates, and internal routing | Caller details, appointment or lead details, message content, workflow logs, and routing instructions |
| Messaging, email, billing, analytics, support, and security services | Transactional messages, invoices, account support, diagnostics, service monitoring, fraud prevention, and security | Contact details, account data, payment status, technical logs, support messages, and limited workflow data |
We require service providers to process information only as needed to provide services to us or to you. We may provide specific provider details through a customer security review, procurement process, data processing agreement, or other appropriate business channel.
If Compartie sends transactional messages for a customer, those messages may include confirmations, reminders, links, intake follow-ups, or handoff information requested by the caller or business. We do not share mobile opt-in data, opt-out data, or message consent information with third parties for their independent marketing or promotional use.
Recipients may be able to opt out of certain messages as required by applicable law. Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of messaging complies with consent and notice requirements that apply to their business.
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions; in most cases messages are limited to those you request, typically one message per call or booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information, phone numbers, or message consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Opt-in is collected verbally during a phone call. There is no website or keyword sign-up. When a caller asks a business that uses Compartie to book an appointment, the receptionist confirms the caller's mobile number and then asks for the caller's explicit permission before sending any text, using a disclosure such as: “I can text the booking link and your appointment details to [number]. Message and data rates may apply. You'll only get messages you ask for, typically one per booking. Reply STOP anytime to opt out, or HELP for help. Our Terms and Privacy Policy are on this site. Is it okay to text you?” A text is sent only if the caller says yes. If the caller declines, no message is sent. The caller's consent is recorded on the call for each opt-in. These booking messages are one-to-one, transactional, and triggered solely by the caller's own request.
A business that uses Compartie may also text people who are already its own customers — people who gave that business their mobile number directly, when booking an appointment or being served in person. Numbers are never bought, rented, or obtained from any third party, and Compartie never shares one business’s customer list with another. These messages come from the business’s own published phone line, name the business (and, where it is a single practitioner, the person writing), and invite the customer to call the business to book again. The only phone number that appears in a message is the business’s own line, which is also the number to call for help. Every message includes STOP. STOP is honored immediately and permanently. Anyone who does not reply receives at most one further message and is then not contacted again. Replies are never answered automatically: an inbound text is forwarded to the business and a person writes back. Message and data rates may apply.
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information we handle, including:
