Effective date: April 29, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Compartie, an AI-powered voice receptionist service operated by Blueprint Solutions Group LLC ("Blueprint," "we," "us," or "our"), doing business as Compartie. By using Compartie, signing up for an account, executing an order form, or authorizing us to configure the service for your business, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Compartie is an AI voice receptionist that answers incoming calls on behalf of your business. Depending on your configuration, Compartie may answer common questions, capture caller details, help with appointment or reservation requests, send transactional messages, summarize conversations, and escalate calls or requests to your team based on rules you provide.
Compartie is a communications and workflow-support tool. It is not a replacement for professional advice, licensed services, emergency services, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or human review where human judgment is required.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business or organization you represent. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal right to use any phone numbers, business information, calendars, customer lists, booking systems, or other accounts you connect or authorize us to use with Compartie.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and authorized users. You must notify us promptly at hello@getcompartie.com if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse, or a security issue involving your account.
Compartie is generally offered as a monthly subscription billed per business location. Plan pricing, call allowances, overage terms, implementation scope, renewal terms, and any custom configuration may be described on our website, in an onboarding confirmation, proposal, invoice, order form, or separate service agreement.
You are responsible for the business information, policies, scripts, hours, service descriptions, prices, booking rules, escalation instructions, and other content you provide for Compartie to use. You must keep this information accurate and up to date.
You are also responsible for determining whether your use of Compartie is appropriate for your industry, jurisdiction, and customer interactions, including any consent, notice, licensing, recordkeeping, retention, disclosure, or accessibility obligations that apply to your business.
Compartie uses automated and AI-assisted technology to handle certain caller interactions. Where required by law or by your configuration, Compartie should clearly identify itself as an AI receptionist or automated assistant. You must not configure Compartie to mislead callers into believing they are speaking with a human where that would be deceptive or unlawful.
You are responsible for providing any legally required notices and obtaining any legally required consents from callers, customers, employees, patients, guests, or other individuals. This may include notices related to AI interactions, call recording, call transcription, monitoring, SMS messaging, privacy rights, or automated processing.
If your configuration includes SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other messaging features, those messages are intended for transactional or service-related purposes such as confirmations, reminders, links, callbacks, follow-ups, and support related to the caller's request.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of messaging features complies with applicable consent, opt-out, marketing, telecom, and anti-spam rules. You may not use Compartie to send unlawful, misleading, unsolicited, or unauthorized marketing messages. Where applicable, recipients should be able to opt out using standard instructions such as STOP and request assistance using HELP.
This section is for the people who receive text messages. Businesses that use Compartie send two kinds of message, both from the business’s own published phone line, and both only to people who gave that business their mobile number directly. The first is a booking message — a booking link, an appointment confirmation, or the details a caller asked for — sent only when the caller says yes on the phone. The second is an invitation from a business to a customer it already has, asking them to call and book again. Phone numbers are never purchased, rented, or obtained from any third party, and one business’s customer list is never shared with another.
Consent is collected before any message is sent: verbally on a phone call for booking messages, or through the customer’s existing relationship with the business that holds their number. Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions; in most cases messages are limited to those you request, typically one message per call or booking.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. STOP is honored immediately and permanently. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. How messaging information is handled is set out in full in our Privacy Policy at getcompartie.com/privacy.html.
You agree to use Compartie only for lawful business purposes. You may not:
Depending on your configuration, Compartie may generate call transcripts, summaries, tags, metadata, lead records, appointment details, and operational notes. These outputs are provided for business operations and review. You are responsible for reviewing important outputs before relying on them for business, legal, medical, financial, or customer-service decisions.
You retain ownership of the business information and customer data you provide to us, subject to the rights needed for us to operate, maintain, support, secure, and improve Compartie. We do not sell caller personal information. We do not use caller personal information for third-party advertising. We do not use caller personal information to train general third-party AI models unless separately authorized in writing.
Compartie may rely on external service providers and infrastructure partners to operate the service. These may include providers for telephony, voice processing, messaging, hosting, cloud storage, analytics, workflow automation, billing, security, support, and related business operations.
We require service providers to process information only for authorized service-related purposes and to use appropriate safeguards. We may update providers as the service evolves.
We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Service availability may be affected by internet connectivity, phone carriers, third-party platforms, customer configuration, maintenance, outages, or events outside our control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features where needed to improve the service, comply with law, address security or abuse risks, or manage operational requirements.
AI and automated systems may misunderstand callers, generate incomplete or inaccurate responses, fail to detect context, or produce outputs that require human review. Compartie is designed to assist with communications and workflows, not to guarantee perfect accuracy, guaranteed revenue, guaranteed bookings, or specific business outcomes.
Blueprint Solutions Group LLC owns Compartie, including its software, designs, workflows, prompts, documentation, branding, service configuration methods, templates, know-how, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Compartie or any Blueprint intellectual property.
You grant us the limited rights necessary to use your business information, instructions, and authorized content to configure and provide the service to you.
"Confidential Information" means any non-public business, technical, operational, financial, or customer information disclosed by one party to the other in connection with the service, whether in writing, orally, or through access to systems. Confidential Information includes pricing, customer lists, business plans, product roadmaps, call data, configuration details, and security practices.
Confidential Information does not include information that: (a) is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party; (b) was already known to the receiving party before disclosure; (c) is independently developed by the receiving party without use of the disclosing party's information; or (d) is rightfully received from a third party without restriction.
Each party agrees to: (i) use reasonable care, and at least the same care it uses for its own confidential information, to protect the other party's Confidential Information; (ii) use Confidential Information only for purposes related to providing or receiving the service; and (iii) not disclose Confidential Information to third parties except to employees, contractors, or service providers who need access and are bound by comparable obligations.
Confidentiality obligations survive for two years after the end of the service agreement, or for as long as the information remains confidential, whichever is shorter. Upon termination, each party will promptly return or destroy Confidential Information upon written request, except for copies retained in routine backups or as required by law.
We may request permission to use your business name, logo, testimonial, or results in marketing materials. We will not publish a testimonial or case study using your name without your permission.
If you provide suggestions, feedback, or ideas about Compartie, we may use them to improve the service without restriction or compensation, provided we do not disclose your confidential information in doing so.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information. By using Compartie, you agree that we may process information as described in the Privacy Policy and in any applicable written agreement between us.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compartie is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that Compartie will answer every call, avoid every missed opportunity, book every appointment correctly, or produce error-free AI responses. Service performance depends on factors including your configuration, caller behavior, internet connectivity, phone carrier reliability, and third-party platform availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blueprint Solutions Group LLC, doing business as Compartie, will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, goodwill loss, data loss, or business interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Compartie will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
If your written agreement with us specifies a different liability cap or different warranty terms, those terms apply instead of the defaults in this section.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blueprint Solutions Group LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of Compartie, your business content or instructions, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your failure to provide required notices or obtain required consents.
We may suspend or terminate access to Compartie if you fail to pay, violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, misuse the service, or use the service in a way that could harm us, our providers, callers, or third parties. You may cancel according to the cancellation terms in your order form, onboarding confirmation, or service agreement.
Neither party will be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, wars, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, third-party platform outages, or carrier disruptions.
The affected party must notify the other promptly and use reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact. If a force majeure event prevents performance for more than 30 consecutive days, either party may terminate the affected service upon written notice.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets without your consent, provided the assignee agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Any attempted assignment in violation of this section is void. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms bind and benefit the parties and their permitted successors and assigns.
Compartie is operated from the United States and is offered to businesses in the United States. If you use Compartie to handle calls or messages that reach people in another jurisdiction, you are responsible for complying with the privacy, consumer, telecom, labor, and industry-specific obligations that apply there.
We will reasonably assist business customers with privacy requests when Compartie acts as a service provider or processor.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless your written agreement states otherwise. Mandatory consumer, privacy, telecom, or data-protection rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through informal negotiation for at least 30 days after written notice of the dispute. If informal negotiation does not resolve the dispute, either party may pursue resolution through the courts located in Wyoming, unless the parties mutually agree to mediation or arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide notice. Continued use of Compartie after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
